Valentine’s Day is next Saturday, and Chef Craig is preparing two thoughtful, seasonal specials designed for a relaxed evening.
These dishes will be available Friday and Saturday, with limited availability on Sunday, depending on demand.
Valentine’s Day Specials
Pan-Roasted Duck Breast — $40
8oz duck breast, braised red cabbage, roasted new potatoes, cherry-port wine reduction
Grilled Prawn Scampi — $34
Five extra-large whole shrimp (head-on), angel hair pasta, spinach, grape tomato, white-wine lemon garlic butter.
These specials are limited and chef-driven. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
