A food and beverage minimum is the amount your group agrees to spend on food and drinks. Your orders count toward it—it is not an additional room fee or a fixed package price. Contact our events team for the minimum for a full restaurant booking. Your food and drink subtotal may be higher depending on what your guests order.

Social-style gatherings include a mix of seated and standing guests, with room to mingle. A full restaurant booking accommodates up to 200 guests social style or up to 175 guests for a seated gathering.

Send a private event inquiry with your preferred date, expected guest count, and whether your gathering will be seated or social style. Our events team will confirm availability and help with the details. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the agreed food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your date. A written signature is not required. Payment of your event invoice acknowledges acceptance of our private event policies.

Plan your private event
Your full restaurant booking
Your booking includes the full second floor with the Private Dining Room, Fireplace Lounge, same-floor restrooms, and rooftop patio, plus all main-level dining areas, including the main-floor dining room and barroom, covered patio, and fireplace patio.
Patios & weather
Access to the rooftop patio, covered patio, and fireplace patio is weather permitting and at the discretion of The Frisco Barroom management. The listed capacities are for the indoor restaurant areas and do not depend on patio availability. If management determines that any patio is unusable due to weather, the indoor restaurant areas will serve as the primary event space. The agreed food & beverage minimum remains unchanged regardless of weather, patio availability, guest count, guest preference, or a decision not to use the outdoor spaces.

Reserve your date
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the agreed food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your event. A written signature is not required. Payment of your event invoice acknowledges acceptance of our private event policies.
Cancellations & rescheduling
For cancellations received at least 14 days before the event, the deposit is retained and no further cancellation charge applies. For cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the event, the full food and beverage minimum is due, with your deposit applied, plus legally required tax. Nonrefundable event-specific costs may also apply.
One date-change request may be made at least 30 days before the event, subject to availability. Send cancellation and date-change requests to events@thefriscostl.com; notice takes effect when received.
